2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Using the Platform

• You must provide accurate and current information when submitting an enquiry or contact request.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
• You agree not to use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers, or scripted access) to extract data from the Platform beyond normal browsing, or to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or abusive enquiries, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Dashboard access (for developers/admins) is provided for authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account; access must not be shared.

4. Enquiries & Communications

When you submit an enquiry, call, WhatsApp, or document request for a project, you authorize us to share your name, phone number, and any details you provide with the relevant developer or its sales representatives so that they can respond to you, and you consent to being contacted by them and by us by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email in relation to your enquiry. This consent applies even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb (DND/NCPR) list. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Any dealings, payments, or agreements between you and a developer are solely between you and that developer.

5. Accuracy of Listings

Project details, pricing, specifications, RERA registration numbers, and possession timelines displayed on the Platform are provided by the respective developers or sourced from public records, and may change without notice. Images, renders, and floor plans are indicative only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, we do not independently verify every detail and do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always confirm critical details — pricing, RERA status, possession date, and legal approvals — directly with the developer or the relevant state RERA authority before making any decision. 6. Content Submitted by Developers

Developers and authorized users who upload project information, images, brochures, or other material represent that they own or have the right to use that material, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it complies with applicable law, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. They grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that material on the Platform and in connected marketing channels. We may remove or edit any content that is inaccurate, infringing, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Project images, floor plans, and brochures belong to the respective developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission. 8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. developer sites, RERA portals, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability
