An independent guide to new residential projects in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. We publish the numbers a buyer actually needs — carpet area, the current rate, RERA registration and how many homes are left — and we charge buyers nothing.
Why we exist
The national property portals list tens of thousands of Ahmedabad properties and know very little about any of them. We went the other way: a smaller catalogue we actually check, with depth the big sites don't publish — tower-by-tower breakdowns, fittings brands per bathroom type, and how many homes of each configuration are still available.
We cover Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar rather than claiming the country, because knowing one market properly is the only thing that makes us worth using over Housing or 99acres.
What we do differently
Checked listings
Every project page shows its RERA registration number where the developer has one, so you can verify it with the state authority yourself.
Carpet area, always
We quote carpet area first, never super built-up, so two projects can be compared on the same basis. Rates come from the developer and carry the date we last confirmed them.
Live unit availability
Where the developer shares it, we publish how many homes of each configuration are left — "21 available of 138". No other portal in Ahmedabad does.
Zero brokerage
Browsing, comparing and enquiring is free for buyers. We are paid by developers when we introduce a buyer, which is the only way we make money.

What we check
- The RERA registration number exists, and its state prefix matches the state the project is actually in.
- Configurations, carpet areas and prices come from the developer or the RERA filing, not from a listing agent.
- Photos are of the project itself, and the possession date matches the registered one.
- A project only carries the Verified by developer badge once the developer has confirmed the page is correct.
What we don't claim
- We are not a regulator. Verify the RERA number with the state authority before you pay anything.
- We don't rate buyer satisfaction. Where a page shows a developer score it is our own assessment and is labelled as such.
- Every project page shows a data-completeness marker, so you can see what the developer has published and what they haven't.
How we make money
Developers pay us when we introduce a buyer. Buyers pay nothing — no brokerage, no listing fee, no charge to enquire. Paying us does not buy a developer a better position in search results or a verification badge.
