4. RERA Information

RERA registration numbers and related legal information are displayed as provided by the developer or sourced from public RERA records. We do not independently verify RERA status. Before proceeding with any transaction, please verify a project's current RERA registration and status directly on the official website of the relevant state Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

5. Scores & Assessments

Features such as Possession Confidence, Project Score, Location Score, and Risk Assessment are derived from the data available to us at the time and are intended as a directional aid, not a guarantee of outcome. Where sufficient data is not available for a listing, the relevant section will indicate that clearly rather than display a score. These assessments should not be the sole basis for any investment or purchase decision.

6. Third-Party & Developer Content

Project facts are taken from public GujRERA records and other publicly available sources, and descriptions are written by us from those facts. Photos, floor plans, brochures, logos and other media remain the property of their respective owners (usually the developer) and are shown only to identify and describe the project. Where representative or placeholder imagery is used in place of actual project photography, we aim to label it as such.

Correction and removal requests: if you own content shown on the Platform and want it credited, replaced or removed, or if a listing is wrong, email the address below with the page link. Every project page also has a “Request a correction or removal” link. We review every request and act on valid ones within 48 hours.
